Unable to Push Notification on iOS

I am using Playfab Unity SDK version 2.36.180123

I found some problem with Push Notification on iOS

these are my related case :

- The App ID has Push Notification service for both development and distribution enabled

- I've put the pem file on settings

- I've build the app with push notification capabilities

- I've tried on development, adhoc, and distribution but all shows no notification on playfab's player overview

- Push Notification works just fine on Android

Do you need another information related to this case?

Can you let us know your TitleID, please, also, are you using FCM (Firbase Cloud Messaging) on your iOS push notification ?
