Pricing question

@Brendan

We are deciding on a cloud service for our apps/games and we have some questions regarding Playfab.

Lets take a hypothetical scenario in which we have a cumulative sum of 200K MAU from all our apps and we use login/cloudscripts/segments/push/etc services staying within these usage limits *per app*. Also, suppose that we heavily use the files downloading service (covering the cost of 0,20$ per GB).

What would be the cost for using Playfab (ignoring the downloading cost which is per GB)? From what I understand it can be zero (0) with the free tier and 300$ per month if we want a more stable service (SLA).

Is this the case or I am missing something?

Two clarifications:

1. The Content service is $0.10/GB downloaded.

2. The service is designed to be stable for all titles, period.

Now, the fine point to 2 is that if your title has an issue which could impact service response times, our options for how to handle that are determined by whether or not we have MAU-based revenue for the title. Those incidents could be due to an issue in the client code that causes it to exceed our usage limits, or it could simply be a hacker trying to disrupt your title.

With no revenue, our only option is to put the title in a lower-powered (few servers) "quarantine" vertical, where it will likely have more errors due to its behavior, let the developer know what we're seeing, and wait for them to fix it before moving it back to the shared service. In extreme cases, we would have to block the problem API calls from that title.

With titles for which we do have revenue, we can afford to increase the resources allocated to it temporarily, while the developer works to resolve the issue (again, we let you know). There are, of course, limits to this - we can't increase resources for a title infinitely, and we can't keep increased limits available for a long time, but we can and will (and have, to be clear) work with the developer to make sure they're on track for any work they need to do.
