We don't provide integration with the calls to post things in Facebook and Twitter, but that's largely because such a call would just be a thin wrapper that simply passes the parameters on to those services - no real value add. If you're concerned about not having the client make the call directly, you can always use Cloud Script as a way to validate the posts before using the Web API endpoints those services provide to make the actual posts, passing the access token from the client.
