Event history and storage options

Question from a developer:

What happens to events once they're past the event history period in the Game Manager - are they deleted? What options do we have for being able to work with our events for longer periods than what I'm seeing in the Game Manager?

The Analytics->Event History tab is a view into a searchable cache of your recent events, with the searchable time period being based on your service tier. That way, you can always check for recent issues, whether as part of debugging or to investigate an issue a player sees.

For long-term storage of your data, there are several options - you can define a webhook to send all events to your own server, set up archiving to your own S3 bucket, or you can subscribe to your data in our Snowflake integration (https://playfab.com/add-ons/snowflake/). We maintain all events for titles in our Snowflake long-term, so you'll always be able to access your data there.
