Hi,
All of the coupons I generate seem to be in a 3-4-3 format with a mixture of lowercase letters and numbers.
Can you confirm the following please:
1) Is coupon redemption case sensitive?
2) Is the 3-4-3 format fixed, or are other formats possible?
3) Is it just numbers and letters, or is it possible to have coupons containing symbols?

Correct - that's the current format (3-4-3, alphanumerics only), though it could be updated in future, so I wouldn't take a hard dependency on that, or on the characters returned always being lowercase. But no, the RedeemCoupon call is not case-sensitive.
If you'd like to see alternate formats for codes, I'd recommend adding that to the Feature Requests forum, as likes on Ideas posted there are one of our inputs to our prioritization process.
