title secret key

Is -tiltle_secret_key=<title_secret_key> same with secret key in console->settings->secret keys

Yes and no. We replace the <title_secret_key> with an active secret key for your game, though it may not be one of those visible on that page (there's an underlying secret key for the game that's not exposed there).
