ExecuteFunction time overhead

Hello! I'm currently testing locally my azure functions, and some overhead of considerable time seems to appear, ranging from 1 to 3 seconds between the duration of the execution of the function marked as [FunctionName("LoadInitialData")] and the function [FunctionName("ExecuteFunction")] (See image below).

Is this supposed to be normal or did I do something wrong?

When testing the Azure Function locally, the execution time of 1 to 3 seconds should be normal. In my tests I had the similar execution times to yours.
