Dealing with 1 User | 1 Email & multiple titles

I've seen this question or some variation of it asked on these forums for over a decade now and have not quite grasped how to actually fix it>

I have multiple 'titles' in my 'studio' and player A has already signed up for 'title1' when player A now goes to create an account for 'title3' they cannot because the email is already in use.

What is the best way to go about dealing with this issue

When you use email to register account, it will generate one Master player account in all titles that under the studio. So you can directly use https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/rest/api/playfab/client/authentication/login-with-email-address?view=playfab-rest in title3.
