Title Transfer

Hello,

I would like to request a couple of title transfers between accounts.

Title 1 Name: Kakapo Run Title 2 Name: Save The Purple Frog

From: Studio Name: Sunna Entertainment

To: Studio Name: Quantum Shift Studios

Please let me know if you need anything else from us in order to make this happen.

If you want to transfer Titles from Studio A to Studio B under the same PlayFab account, you can create new titles in Studio B and migrate the data to the new titles, then delete the old title. To migrate the data, you can refer to: Transfer Title to a new studio - Playfab Community.

Hi @Simon Cui , thanks for the reply

The titles I want to migrate are already public and have real players. Seems to me the link you send us apply to titles that are still under development.

Do you have another potential solution for us?

If you want to transfer a published title, you can follow this document: SUPPORT TICKET SUBMISSION to submit a support ticket to transfer the title.
