When I try to send a push notification by selecting all players or only iOS users as a target, the notification does not reach the iOS device. However, I can receive notifications via Android.
By selecting the user from the Player's page, I can send the notification when I click send push notification without creating a segment. Push notification for iOS does not work when I create a segment. Why could it be ?
May I know How did you send via segment? In segment entry action or a scheduled task? You can try send push with template using Account Management - Send Push Notification - REST API (PlayFab Server) | Microsoft Learn?
I used this method. Players -> Segments -> All Players -> Run Task -> Run Actions on each player in a segment -> Actions (Send Push Notification) and its guide. When I run this task its status shows successful. However, instant notifications are not received by the device.
If I manually select a user Players -> device -> Send Push Notification. It works
