For a week already I've been getting that error after a long time loading after entering my credentials.
Why is that happening and why for so long?
Can anyone help with this? I send a contact us form reporting the problem but I did not receive any answer.
Sorry for the inconvenience, since we can log in to PlayFab normally in our tests, have you tried changing the network environment to see if the problem still exists?

I've tried to connect from my home network, a cafe store network (all that from Canada), and now I am trying from the wifi of the hotel I am in Trinidad and Tobago and still, same results.
504 Gateway Time-out.
May I know if you are having trouble accessing the PlayFab website and if you could try creating a new account? Also, you could try changing the device.
