For not found accounts, the server/GetUserAccountInfo API returns InvalidParams instead of AccountNotFound

Considering that the admin/GetUserAccountInfo returns the expected error AccountNotFound (1001) for not found accounts, the server/GetUserAccountInfo returning the InvalidParams (1000) is unexpected and seems like a bug.

Thanks for your feedback. Currently, you may use the admin GetUserAccountInfo API instead of the server GetUserAccountInfo API to get more accurate error reporting.
