How to downgrade to free title

I'm now in standard with 99$/month. But currently, my company's plans are changing, and there is a downsizing in scale. Our game is still running, but the monthly user count is below 100k. I wonder if there is a way to downgrade the title to the free tier?

You may follow Account Upgrades - PlayFab | Microsoft Learn.

Go to Game Manager -> Upgrade account

Proceed with plan

And then change plan to free plan.
