Unfortunately, as the post you mentioned states, we don't have a Chinese version of PlayFab yet and no ETA, you may follow our PlayFab Roadmap - PlayFab | Microsoft Learn for any updates. In addition, due to the Great Firewall, if you want to provide PlayFab services to Chinese players, you may need a proxy server to help you forward requests from Chinese players.
