An oopsie happened today and our credit card got out-dated. PlayFab automatically kicked us back to free-tier and it of course can't sustain our player base and no one is getting in.
New credit card has been added but the system does not allow us back in to the Standard plan before Oct1,2023.
We are running massive liveops game, we can't accept this long down time. Pls help us, we been contacting every support channel we found.
