Could you please tell me whether you use Contact us (playfab.com) to submit your billing related questions? If so, may I know when did you submit it?
Yeah I did use the Contact us form to submit this issue but I dont get any response as well. I did this 2 days ago
I found a submission in the backend that may be yours, the content: “Created On: 9/18/2023 10:13 PM, I'm trying to upgrade my plan with the account "xxx@xxx.com". But after I filled out contact information, I pressed "Next" but nothing happen and now I can't upgrade my account. Please help! Thanks!” If it was posted by you, we have sent you an email, you may check your junk folder in your email.
