Change plan on playfab, stuck at contact confirmation step

Hi,

I've been trying to switch my plan to Standard Plan but got stuck at the Contact Information step.

Whenever I press Next, the page just load and stay the same.

Been emailing account support team but having no responses at all

Could you please tell me whether you use Contact us (playfab.com) to submit your billing related questions? If so, may I know when did you submit it?

Yeah I did use the Contact us form to submit this issue but I dont get any response as well. I did this 2 days ago

I found a submission in the backend that may be yours, the content: “Created On: 9/18/2023 10:13 PM, I'm trying to upgrade my plan with the account "xxx@xxx.com". But after I filled out contact information, I pressed "Next" but nothing happen and now I can't upgrade my account. Please help! Thanks!” If it was posted by you, we have sent you an email, you may check your junk folder in your email.
