Playfab SMTP server Add-On for gmail always goes spam folder

We send e-mails to users via Gmail using the SMTP add-on on Playfab. (Account Verification etc.) but all mails go to the spam folder. We are stuck on the issue because setting spam filters for all users cannot provide a solution. Do you have any suggestions? Will we only make the setting on the sender email we use? We would be grateful if anyone who has solved the problem would reply.

Since you are using Gmail as the SMTP service provider and we have no control over it, you may need to contact the SMTP service provider for additional help.
