Can't add credit card: Authorization failed for an unknown reason

Hi, I got a mail to update our credit card as the old card is about to expire, However when I try to update with the new I'm only met with the error "Authorization failed for an unknown reason." with no clues as to what to do.

How do I go about fixing the issue?
