Unable to access Player Segments and also API Features

I was hoping to add some player segments, and found the UI page would not load. Chrome console shows a 500 error and a page that displays "An error occurred while loading data from the server. PlayFab engineers have been notified of the issue and will investigate."

I thought maybe I needed to check my API Policy, but I get the same error as above when I attempt to go to the API Features tab.

My titleid is E341F

The Player Segments and API Features page works fine in my testing, you may clear the cookie or use a different browser then try again to see if the issue persists.
