The API Access Policy controls access to API resources, if you want to prevent clients from calling the API LoginWithCustomId, you can use API GetPolicy and UpdatePolicy to retrieve and update the access policies. For more info, please refer to API Access Policy - PlayFab | Microsoft Learn. The following statements example shows how to restrict the LoginWithCustomId call:

 {
                 "Resource": "pfrn:api--/Client/LoginWithCustomID",
                 "Action": "*",
                 "Effect": "Deny",
                 "Principal": "*",
                 "Comment": "Disable clinet LoginWithCustomID"
 }

As the answer said, you should use API GetPolicy and UpdatePolicy to retrieve and update the access policies.
