Unable to add "New Player" in Game Manager dashboard

I am unable to add a new player from my game manager dashboard. upon clicking "New Player" on "Players" page and leaving custom ID as it is. I am unable to Create and Login Player. It redirects me to a blank page then nothing happens.

This may seem trivial but I am also experiencing the same thing in Unity whenever I create a new player with CustomID using playfabclient requests.

The "New Player" functionality does not work even from using another account. The "New Player" functionality works on another game studio with the similar account.

Can you re-login accounts after creation? May I know your title ID?
