I have read https://api.playfab.com/docs/tutorials/external-game-servers and have a question. Could externally hosted game servers start when necessary after matchmake.
It's not possible for us to control externally hosted servers, and so spin up/down new host machines as needed. So with externally hosted servers, you would need to manage how many servers are running at any given time for each region.
