PlayFabId format

Could I regard PlayfabId as a hexadecimal string.

I found the answer here https://community.playfab.com/questions/99/205460948-How-many-characters-is-a-PlayFab-ID.html. Was it still could change in the future.

One of our most important policies is that we make no breaking changes if there's any way we can avoid it (the only case in which we would have to would be due to a security issue). So this should not change on you.
