Thanks - we have a review of the docs going on right now, so we'll have a look at that tutorial and update it for the latest images.

If you mean, can you call a Cloud Script from a PlayStream action trigger in the free tier, the answer is yes, but you only have a very limited number of action triggers in the free tier. That's actually why we say on the pricing page that those kinds of live ops tools are in the pro tier and up - because realistically, we can't provide enough in the free tier for you to be able to effectively manage a user community. But it does give you enough to try it out and see how it works.
