"Limited Edition Item Unavailable" error appears for non-LIMITED EDITION item

I have used a test account for months testing our game. Today I suddently found there is 1 item that I can't add to my inventory anymore. I tried to add it in playfab dashboard (Players - mytestaccount - Inventory - Grant New Item) and got this error:

Limited Edition Item Unavailable

I have confirmed this item in our Catalog. The "Is limited edition" is unchecked. Other playfab account don't have this issue.

Anyone have a clue with this? Thanks.

Can you give us the Title ID, Catalog Version, and Item ID, so that we can investigate?
