turn on VC regeneration on Characters

hi , can you turn on this feature for my title(29f) ? thanks in advance.

There's actually nothing to turn on. At the player level, the account gets the initial deposit, and regeneration starts immediately for all currencies. For characters, since you may not want them to have VC, that's not the case - they have no VC, regenerating or otherwise, by default. If you want a character to have a regenerating VC, you can "activate" it for that character by calling AddCharacterVirtualCurrency with an Amount of 0.
