This happens in my Unity 5 project when I try to import the AndroidPushPlugin. I can't find any solution for it either.
Attachments: Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.
Sorry, but "Couldn't decompress package" isn't a PlayFab error. Can you clarify what it is you're trying to do, specifically? What API calls are you using, and what are the responses you're getting back?
