We have an issue that we need to update our title for, but we have some concerns around compatibility with the existing build on the app store. Is it possible to get a new Title ID with all the contents of our existing title?
You can create a new Title ID in your Studio whenever you need to, and at the Publisher ID level, all players are shared across all Titles in your Studio (so, login is the same for all of them, and they share User Publisher Data). So all player logins remain valid from title to title.
However, Title-level data is specifically per-Title, and is not shared. If you need to have all player data, statistics, inventory, etc., then you should continue to use the same Title ID.
