It would be very helpful if it would be possible to get a full backup of one title, including shared group data, players data, players currency, players inventory etc. If all this could be restored / copied into another new title, the developer could have real data that would be used to analyze, bug testing and continue the developing, without interfering with the live version.
We're working on a roadmap we'll be sharing on the site soon, to give an overview of the things we'll be working on in the coming months. To be clear, feature requests are not a queue - we don't add features in the order they're requested. We prioritize based upon a) our own strategic goals and long-term needs, and b) feedback from our community. For the latter, the more people we've heard from on a feature, and the more players it will benefit, the higher the priority.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to book work based upon when a feature request is made and added to the backlog - it has to be based on prioritization versus everything else that's in that backlog. That prioritization is based partly on our own strategic requirements, and partly on developer feedback. And since we have had far more developer feedback for other features, this one has not bubbled up to the point where it can be scheduled.
