We want to be able to use PlayFab Event Export without launching to live mode in order ot be able ot test all systems end to end before a live release.
At the moment to use the Event Export feature, we need to change Performance Levels in Insights Management as the default level does not contain Active event exports. However, Titles in evaluation mode cannot change their performance level.
