Right now AdPlacementDetails doesn't send the RewardId if the limit has reached. This results in me having to make the API call again, just to get information I could have gotten in the first call already.
Since API call are now precious, this is completely pointless (not to mention the code bloat).
Please make AdPlacementDetails send a RewardId in any case.
