Currently the smallest time to reset Rewarded Ad limits is 1 hour. Often in my mobile games I don't want the player to e.g. watch 3 ads anytime in that hour, but I want him to watch 1 ad and then come back later.
Better would be something like limit=1 and reset=15min.
Sure, I could use the limit as a safeguard and delay the watching in the client, but why not do it properly in Playfab?
