According to forum posts by PlayFab staff, if an item has RemainingUses, it means that it is Consumable.
But at the same time if it is Stackable it also has RemainingUses > 0, and since Durable items can be stackable, there's no way to make a difference between Durable and Consumable.
Thus, there should be an IsConsumable or IsDurable API call instead of relying on RemainingUses
