I need to be able to share some data between players (sets of cards in a deck, unit loadouts, etc.). To do so, I'd like to be able to have data stored in UserData which I can query from any user account.

UpdateUserData and UpdateUserReadOnlyData have now been updated to take a "Permission" Boolean, which is used to indicate whether data is private or public (by default, all UserData is private). Any data marked public may be read by any signed-in user.
