Increase Servers 2.0 Port Limit

Currently, when deploying a new build using Servers 2.0, there is a maximum number of servers allowed per VM. This is due to a port maximum per VM which is 60.

There are some developers that would like to see this limit raised. This would allow developers using light weight server code to run more servers on a single VM.

The current setup creates problems for certain workloads, especially in the mobile space.

This is extremely important. We have a 1v1 turn-based game that we can probably run 100s of sessions of per VM, and this limitation is forcing us to consider options other than PlayFab. The multiple sessions per server would mean recreating matchmaking and server allocation, which would take away a lot of the advantage of a service like Playfab
