Segments in PlayStream are defined there, using the filters you can set (which are based on the events for your title, and the data on players). As part of our DeltaDNA integration, we will be looking at the possibility of enabling a pull of segments from that service.
Sorry, but until something is in active development, we don't provide dates, as our schedule frequently changes in response to the needs of all our live titles. We do prioritize in part based upon how many developers need any particular feature or integration though, so the votes here are a big help to us in our planning meetings. While this isn't near the top of the list of things we hear requests for the most, we have heard from a few folks concerning it, so we hope to get this added to the third-party integrations later this year.
