Having the ability to modify Title settings via Admin API would allow us to script and potentially automate the provisioning of new apps, as well as new environments for existing apps (e.g. personal dev, staging, UAT, etc).
It would also enable a stronger disaster-recovery strategy.
As it stands, while the Admin API offers great coverage for setting feature-level things up (e.g. Leaderboards), we must document the additional manual steps that are required to provision and recovery our Titles... and hope that the person following the instructions doesn't make mistakes ;)
