Export and Import Store from API (including Segmentation Overrides)

Currently, even with the Admin APIs for Catalog/Store management, we can't affect the Segmentation Overrides (at least as far as I can tell).

It would be very beneficial to have the ability to download and upload contents of the Catalog / Store from API calls, or at very least include API calls to manage the Segmentation Override configurations for a given Store definition.

This will be very much helpful. today you have to manually define the override for every segment that being added.
