Self service GDPR data export

Today, the ExportMasterPlayerData is only available in the admin api.

If we call it for a user, it sends the data to our (developers) email address.

We are responsible for sending the data back to the users. But there may not be a way to contact them, they might have used anonymous log in, or they just never entered an email address.

This is very labor intensive, we need to check our email ever day for GDPR requests, find out how to contact the user and forward the email to them.

I would like to request a self service api. The client api can have an ExportMasterPlayerData, which would return a link. If the user clicks on the link it will display all their data.

If it takes a while to export the data, no problem, if they click on the link too soon, it can just display "Collecting your data. Please check back in a few minutes".
