GetLeaderboardAroundRank and GetLeaderboardAroundPercentile

GetLeaderboardAroundRank()

User case:

Display to player that they need 1,234 points to reach the top 1,000 players

GetLeaderboardAroundPercentile()

User case:

Display to player that they need 1,234 points to reach the top 30% of players

Oh, just saw there's a StartPosition variable in GetLeaderboard. Cool.
