Fix to ExecuteFunction.cs to support isolated worker model

I updated ExecuteFunction.cs to support .NET 8 and the isolated worker model. This involved using HttpRequestData and HttpResponseData instead of HttpRequest and HttpResponseMessage respectively in ExecuteFunction. This could be incorporated into the latest ExecuteFunction.cs on github.
