Every time we load this tab, it starts by loading the player query section. Then it automatically runs the default query and fails every single time, and there's no option to cancel it so I can reduce the massive date/time range.
I just timed it and it took 90 seconds to load the query section, and 33 more seconds to run a query that always fails.
This is a really nice tool for our advanced support agents to use for more difficult issues, but it's also so slow to load up! Thanks!
