Update the Unreal C++ SDK(Probably BP too)

From a developer:

You're not allowed to package a project as shipping because PlayFab depends on the "Settings" module which is not available in shipping builds. This would require creating an extra PlayFabEditor source folder and doing your settings in there.

The fix has been implemented today.

This did not make it into today's publish though, so it will be available on the next build after March 13, 2017. (Probably 1 or 2 weeks after)

We have indeed seen this issue in the C++ SDK (it does not impact the Blueprints version). Our tools team has a fix which they will be shipping in the next SDK update.
