Is there a way to disable playfab's Two-factor token

We created our account a while ago and set it up with Two-Factor Authentication.

A year later, I wish to get access to our account to continue the development of our game as a hobby.

Can anyone direct me to someone that can help or is my account lost ?

Yes, please open a ticket with us using the option on this page, and specify the email address used to create the account.
