Authentication email getting flagged as spam

We are using Playfab SMTP and email template to send out a verification email. We automate the process to send an email when the contact email is updated. Our Gmail has been blocked by Google for spamming. We followed all their criteria for outgoing email set up.

We have looked into using a 3rd party. But we are not sure how to use a 3rd party to send emails from Playfab. We do not want the client to send the emails, we would like to use it for verification and maybe player churn. What are some of the solutions to avoid getting blocked for spamming that other titles use?

For SMTP, any Email service provider that supports SMTP will do, since the SMTP is a standard Protocol, refer to Setting up an SMTP server with Add-ons - PlayFab | Microsoft Learn. As for how to avoid being banned, different Email service providers may have different rules. It is best to ask directly with the provider of the service you are using to find out how to avoid being banned, why you were banned, and how to remove it.
