How to get access to PS5 and Switch SDKs?

Hello,

We've followed the instructions on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/features/multiplayer/networking/request-access-for-sdks-samples to request access to the PS5 and Switch SDK.

However, it's been a few days already and we still get an error when trying to access:

We are using the Unreal Engine plugin you provide but we need to access the platform documentation so that we know how to configure this properly.

Can you help? Is there a support address we should contact for this (I tried the one listed on Nintendo's portal in the PlayFab section but I haven't received a reply)?
