We do not currently support this feature, but it is in development. We hope to ship support for subscription payments in Economy V2 later this year for the following marketplaces.

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play

  • Microsoft Store

  • Nintendo EShop

  • PlayStation Store

  • Steam

Do you have any kind of more accurate timeline of when we could expect to see this @kylemc@microsoft.com? Originally it was expected at the end of 2022 and we're obviously now into March.

We've been holding off on this aspect of our game's development with the knowledge that this is coming "soon", but it's getting tighter and tighter (and scarier and scarier).

Is it possible to see any kind of preview documentation or APIs so we can know what to expect and prepare ourselves accordingly?

If you follow up with us on Discord, we can talk about it a little more. I'd direct you to Derek Reese.

@gordon It may be helpful for you to chat with us in the official Microsoft Game Dev Discord, there's a Playfab channel there that could save us some back and forth: https://discord.gg/msftgamedev
