What is the equivalent of "CustomData" for items in the new Catalog (V2)?

I am looking to configure things like 'Health' on a consumable item.

DisplayProperties is the equivalent of "CustomData" for items in the new Catalog V2. You can refer to: Economy v2 Catalog Content Types, Tags, & Properties - PlayFab | Microsoft Learn
