Can Text-To-Speech and Speech-To-Text be moderated through Text moderation?

I would like to have profanity filters applied to Text-To-Speech and Speech-To-Text if possible in my game. I am using PlayFab

I know that Text Moderation already exists in PlayFab, but I am wondering if it is possible to filter the text for Text-To-Speech and Speech-To-Text before displaying output to the players.

If not, what options for adding profanity filtering to Text-To-Speech and Speech-To-Text in PlayFab exist?

Text Moderation is integrated with text chat so it can be used with Speech-To-Text as players with Speech-To-Text enabled will receive text messages. For Text-To-Speech, you may need additional services to filter the text entered by the player before sending it through the Party.
