Steam Add-on does not accept Web API key for specific AppID

Hello

We have a showstopper here. I already contacted support, but I'd like to know if maybe someone saw the same issue.

The Steam Add-on uses a Web API Key that is tied to two App ID : main app and playtest. Usually, it's linked to the playtest App ID but we switch to the main app from time to time for tests.

We made the change two days ago, did our tests then were unable to revert to the play test App ID. This means that our game is Fubar: Login is broken (Steam is our only login method) while we have a big play test event organized in our community tonight (and several scheduled for next week).

The other App ID is checked fine, so it really seems tied to the playtest App ID. And, as you know if you're using Steam, App IDs cannot be created overnight.

We tried to create a new PF title. It does not help: same issue : Main App ID works, but play test App ID is rejected (the server returns a generic 400 error, the same as if I were entering a random App ID)

Needless to say, we are hugely stressed and we hope this will be resolved soon.

Does anyone here also uses playtest App IDs on Steam? (they're seen as children of the main App ID). If you can afford to give it a try without issues, can you confirm your playtest App ID can be set in the Steam Add-on without issues?

TIA

Right! Just wanted to know how come it seems like we're the only ones impacted. Maybe discussing how other ppl manage this could have shed some light on what we're doing wrong.

Actually you are not alone, it's also happening to us with a playtest app. Before we had the title setup with the app id of the parent app, but now it seems the client couldn't authenticate.

Now when we try to use the playtest app id instead with our web api key, it won't work and we get the following error:

We submitted a ticket request although we didn't get any answer, did you manage to find a fix for this?

Thanks
